Airwerks Head Units
The Borg Warner performance line
features an assortment of carefully chosen K and S series
turbochargers to meet a wide array of high-performance engine
requirements. These turbos will be steadily improved based on the
latest findings in aerodynamic and materials technology here at
Forced Inductions.
*Please
note, other turbo companies are claiming to be building S-series
units using the S70 through S91 names. Those units are not from Forced
Inductions and Borg Warner Engineering. They are a Knock-off products of
lesser quality. Also they are not using ETT wheels, which is what
gives the S , ST and SX series cutting edge advantage.*
*ALL Borg Warner Performance turbos are now serial coded and
tagged. If the unit does not have this its "NOT" a Borg Warner/Airwerks
and Forced Inductions performance engineered unit.*
What is ETT
wheels? They are Extended Tip Technology. Casted and built
primarily for one thing, and that is to broaden the compressor map
for more applications and to achieve more flow and higher pressure
ratios. Which to the buyer means more Horsepower then
conventional design. Conventional compressor wheel design is on
the left above, and the new ETT wheel is on the right above.
